Over 1000 Deaths...
...due to heat wave in 1995 and most were preventable. Why was there was no public call for a Federal heads during this. Oh yea, Clinton was in office.MANY OF THE 1995 HEAT WAVE DEATHS WERE PREVENTABLE ACCORDING TO NOAA REPORT
