Bring on the Wiretaps!
I am not affiliated in any way with Al-qaeda.If an Al-qaeda operative or planner calls ME on the phone and I find out that they are Al-qaeda, I will REPORT the call to the authorities myself.
If an Al-qaeda operative or planner calls ME on the phone and I do not know that they are Al-qaeda, I would hope that the conversation has been tapped so that it can be determined that I am not participating and then a warrant is received to continue tapping the line to find why Al-qeada is calling me.
If an Al-qaeda operative or planner calls ANOTHER INNOCENT CITIZEN on the phone, I would hope that the conversation has been tapped so that it can be determined that this person is not participating and then a warrant is received to continue tapping the line to find why Al-qeada is calling them.
If an Al-qaeda operative or planner calls another CONSPIRING INDIVIDUAL on the phone, I would hope that the conversation has been tapped so that it can be determined that this person IS participating and then a warrant is received to continue tapping the line to continue with the intelligence gathering.
The issue of these wiretaps is not that difficult.
